# How to Add Required Registration Questions for Parents

- Go to the **left-hand menu** and open **Settings Hub**.
- Scroll all the way down to **General Settings**.
- Find the **Registration Questions** section near the top of the page.

- In the **Registration Questions** area, click **Add a question**.
- Enter the question you want parents to answer.
- Example: **“Has your child got any previous gymnastics experience?”**

- Use the answer-type dropdown to select the format for responses.
- Available options shown in the Loom:
  - **Text** response
  - **Yes/No** response
  - **Dropdown menu** with preset options
  - **Checklist** answers
- If using a dropdown, you can add options such as **Yes**, **No**, and **A little**.

- If you want parents to answer before they can finish registering their child, select the **required** tick box at the bottom.
- This ensures the question must be completed before registration can be submitted.

- Click **Add question** to save it.
- The new registration question will now appear in the list of registration questions.
