How the Request Cancellation Email Is Triggered #

1. Review the cancellation request email 0:00

  • Open the request cancellation email and click Edit.

  • They choose a reason for leaving from the available options.
  • If none of the reasons apply, they can select Other.
  • They can also add comments and feedback before submitting.

  • After the parent submits the form, the system shows that the cancellation request has been submitted.
  • This submission is the event that triggers the email.
