How Parents Book Multiple Children Into a Multi-Event Camp #
1. Open the booking page and review the available camps 0:00
- The parent starts on the booking page.
- They locate the multi-event class listing, such as a summer holiday camp.
- The camps are shown in a list for easy browsing.
2. View camp details before booking 0:17
- The parent clicks More information on a camp.
- They can review:
- A description of the camp
- The different times available
- The locations of the events
- Basic supporting information, including an image
3. Choose the events and children to book 0:34
- The parent clicks Book events.
- A list of children in the account appears.
- They select one child and choose the camps they want that child to attend.
- They can then select another sibling and choose a different set of camps for them.
- This allows flexible booking across:
- Multiple children
- Multiple camps
- Any combination of events within the holiday period
4. Add the selected bookings to the basket 1:10
- Once all children and camps are selected, the parent clicks Add to basket.
- The basket shows:
- Each child
- The events booked for each child
- The total cost
5. Complete payment using a saved card 1:23
- The parent pays using the default stored card.
- The payment is processed and completed.
6. Confirm the booking and receive email confirmation 1:31
- After payment, the parent is taken to a confirmation page.
- They also receive an email confirmation.
- The email includes the details of all camps booked for the child or children.
