How Parents Book a Pay-As-You-Go Class #
1. Open the class and review the basic details 0:00
- Start by selecting the pay-as-you-go session you want to book.
- In this example, the session is Unstructured Parent and Play, a weekly parent-and-toddler gymnastics session.
- The session card shows the key details at a glance before you continue.
2. View more information about the class 0:23
- Click More Information to open the full class details.
- Review:
- the class description
- the class image
- the time and location
- any extra information shown in the sidebar
3. Click Book Now and choose the child to book 0:44
- Click Book Now to begin the booking process.
- A list of your children appears.
- The system highlights any child who is too old for the class.
- In this example, one child is blocked because the class is only for children under five.
4. Select booking dates for each child 1:02
- Choose the child you want to book first.
- Select the session date(s) you want to attend.
- You can book the same child for multiple weeks if needed.
- Repeat the process for additional children.
- In the example:
- one child is booked for Wednesday, 27 May and another week
- a second child is booked for two dates
- a third child is booked for other selected dates
5. Review the booking summary and total price 1:28
- Check the summary at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm that all children and dates are correct.
- Review the total cost before continuing.
6. Add the sessions to the basket 1:46
- Click Add to Basket.
- The basket shows each child’s booked sessions down the side.
- This gives the parent one place to review everything before payment.
7. Pay using the default card 1:55
- Use the parent’s default saved card to complete payment.
- The payment is processed automatically.
- After successful payment, the parent is taken to a confirmation page.
8. Receive confirmation by email 2:07
- After checkout, the parent sees a confirmation page.
- An email confirmation is also sent.
- The email includes the details of the classes that were booked.
