How parents sign up after a trial offer or waiting list offer #
1. Parent receives an offer to join 0:00
- The process starts when a parent is offered a space.

- The email takes them to their parent dashboard.
2. Parent reviews the offer in the dashboard 0:22
- In the dashboard, the parent can see the child and the offer status.

- TestChild2: was on the waiting list and was offered a space to join
- The key difference is whether the class supports trials or not.
3. Parent signs up from the class offer 0:39
- If the class offers trials, the parent can sign up from the trial section.
- If the class does not offer trials, the parent signs up directly from the waiting list offer.
- Clicking Sign up opens the class page with a class offer label.
4. Parent chooses a start date and adds the class to the basket 0:54

- If a card is already saved, they can use Pay with default card to complete checkout quickly.

6. Booking confirmation is sent and the dashboard updates 1:27
- After payment, a booking confirmation is shown.
- A confirmation email is also sent.
- The dashboard updates so the child now appears as booked into the class.
7. Main difference between the two signup paths 2:07
- Trial-enabled class: the child can book a trial first, then later accept the offer.
- No-trial class: the child cannot trial and instead joins directly from the waiting list offer.
- In both cases, the parent ends up paying and joining the class.
