How to Trigger and Review the Assigned Tag Email #

1. Review the assigned tag email 0:00

  • Open the assigned tag email template.

  • The email states that a person (e.g., Frank Wellington) has been assigned a tag.
  • This template is basic, but it can be customized and structured however you want.

2. Assign a tag to a class member 0:12

  • Go to Classes.
  • Select the user/member you want to tag.
  • Open Set Tags.
  • Choose the tag you want to apply, such as Regional Squad.
  • Add the tag to the member.

3. Decide whether to send the email notification 0:35

  • In the tag assignment area, find Notify members by email.
  • Turn this option on if you want the user to receive the assigned tag email.
  • Turn it off if you do not want an email sent.
