  • The process starts when a parent is offered a space.
  • This can happen in two ways:
    • After completing a trial
    • From the waiting list
  • The parent receives an email saying they’ve been offered a space.
  • The email takes them to their parent dashboard.

2. Parent reviews the offer in the dashboard 0:22

  • In the dashboard, the parent can see the child and the offer status.
  • Example shown:
    • TestChild: completed a trial and was offered a space for Monday at 4
    • TestChild2: was on the waiting list and was offered a space to join
  • The key difference is whether the class supports trials or not.

  • Trial-enabled class: the child can book a trial first, then later accept the offer.
  • No-trial class: the child cannot trial and instead joins directly from the waiting list offer.
  • In both cases, the parent ends up paying and joining the class.
