1. Open the Awards tab and review the register 0:00
- Go to the Awards tab on the register.
- Scroll down to view the award tracking table.
- Use the available filters to narrow the view:
- Group
- Award type
- In the example shown, only one group and one award type are available, so no changes are needed.
2. Understand the layout of levels, criteria, and students 0:27
- The table shows:
- Levels the children are working through
- Criteria within each level
- Students listed down the side
- The coach responsible for those students
- Coaches use this view to track progress and complete assessments for each child.
3. Tick off criteria as the child completes them 0:43
- For each student, the coach ticks through the criteria they have successfully passed.
- Continue marking criteria until the child reaches the end of the level.
- Once all required criteria are complete, select Pass.
4. Mark the child as passed and complete the level 1:00
- After selecting Pass, the system moves the child into a completed state.
- A Progress button appears at the top of the screen.
- Clicking Progress moves the child to the next level for the next assessment cycle.
5. Progress the child to the next level 1:12
- Example: Teddy Carter is ticked through his criteria and then marked as passed.
- After the system loads, click Progress.
- Teddy is then moved into Intermediate Level 2, ready to be assessed again later.
6. Record a fail if the child does not meet the criteria 1:31
- If the child does not pass, mark them as Fail.
- The system displays a small exclamation mark to show they failed.
- This indicator remains visible so the coach can see the child did not complete the level.
7. Return later and continue from the failed point 1:46
- When you next open the system, the failure marker reminds you where the child left off.
- You can continue from the same point rather than starting over.
- Once the child eventually passes, you can then progress them on to the next badge.
