1. Open General Settings in the Settings Hub 0:08
- Go to the left-hand menu and open Settings Hub.
- Scroll all the way down to General Settings.
- Find the Registration Questions section near the top of the page.
2. Add a new registration question 0:16
- In the Registration Questions area, click Add a question.
- Enter the question you want parents to answer.
- Example: “Has your child got any previous gymnastics experience?”
3. Choose how parents should answer 0:27
- Use the answer-type dropdown to select the format for responses.
- Available options shown in the Loom:
- Text response
- Yes/No response
- Dropdown menu with preset options
- Checklist answers
- If using a dropdown, you can add options such as Yes, No, and A little.
4. Make the question required 0:56
- If you want parents to answer before they can finish registering their child, select the required tick box at the bottom.
- This ensures the question must be completed before registration can be submitted.
5. Save the question 1:13
- Click Add question to save it.
- The new registration question will now appear in the list of registration questions.
